The Worlds Fastest Workout Experiment

We all have at least extra fat we want to get rid of and we're too busy to fit "working out" into our busy schedules.

The worlds fastest workout is only 4 minutes long and it's a full on body work out. Take a look.

I personally tried this workout, and I was surprised that I couldn't really finish the 4 minutes. But once I keep doing it I'll be able to do at least 8 minutes of this.

I am going to try to do this at least twice a week. During Fridays and Saturday mornings. I am going to do this right after I do yoga and meditation for a month and see the result.

This workout said it would increase the metabolism for 36 hours. I just had to try it, and so far it's going great.

So, I just weighed myself and I am now 75kg (June 30th 2012). I know it's the same as January 1st but I've got to start some where. I am going to keep going until I get there.

I started this workout yesterday morning. (June 29th 2012, Friday) but I did not check my weight before I did it though...and I did it again today morning (June 30th 2012, Saturday). I'll do it again until July 28th 2012, and see the results

The Worlds Fastest Workout Experiment
Start: June 29th 2012
Start Weight (as of June 30th 2012): 75kg - 165lbs

Proposed End: July 28th 2012
Proposed End Weight: 50kg - 110lbs

I know some of you may thing that this is unrealistic, but I am going to try and see if it is possible to actually loose 25kg in a month with this full body 4 minute workout, plus doing my everyday activities.

Lets see how it goes.

Vision Board 2012

Good day readers,

I finally purchased an actual board where I can pin stuff up to. The day I got it, I was so excited to start printing pictures and pinning them up to the board.

If you look closely you can see the different parts of my vision board, starting with my hair and body, on to a perfect relationships, down to traveling and seeing the world, and finally clothes. And of course 'the secret check'

I am in love with my vision board because of it I realized that there are some things that I don't really want, like a certain style of clothing that I know will not suit my body. This board is pinned up next to my bed, and I love where it is because when I get up, that's one of the first things I see, and when I go to bed, it's one of the last things I see. So it's perfect.

When I first set up my vision board a month ago, I have changed it 3 times. This just shows that having vision board actually word. It's something that everyone show have. It doesn't have to be physical, it can be on your computer, you can make some on photoshop as well if you like.

Vision boards are awesome! Its a more organized way to get your priorities straight. Its a way to know what you want. I encourage you all to make yourself one right now. Fill it up with all the random things you want, be creative and decorate it so that it'll catch your eye quicker. Remember, the only reason for a vision board is so that you can look at it and imagine yourself having those things.

Updates (6.12.2012)

Good day my lovely readers,
I apologize for not posting anything up since March, I swear I've been meaning too but I seem to have lost my inspiration to do so, but now I've got it.

I just want this post to be about the updates on my lifestyle and how it's going, since using the Law of Attraction have become apart of me, and I cannot think of another way of living without it. Everything makes so much more sense because of it.

Lets start with the thing I've been focusing on for 3 years now. My Body
I am happy to report that it's going great! Even if I am not 50kg, I've got the body I've wanted or what I've been faintly imagining, I may want to loose some more here and there but for the past 3 years I haven't really been thinking or making it clear what I want my ideal body to look like, I wasn't quite sure on how it'll turn out. So every time I would sit and meditate, I would imagine my body, but not as clearly as I see other things. But what made me go through it, what made me feel happy about myself, what made my 'ideal body journey' go great is be loving myself. I've mentions in my previous blog posts, that loving yourself is one of the keys of getting you ideal body.

"One must love oneself for others to love you" some might say but I say "To get any where in life, One must love oneself"

I haven't weighed myself since I got back from the Philippines last month, but I have been doing my weekly yoga routine and eating whatever that makes me feel good and at the end of every night I would always feel great. Well to be honest, not every night, I would feel extremely tired during the night sometimes, just to be realistic.

The next thing to discuss is My Ideal Man.
I do not know if you all read my review of "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man" by Steve Harvey on my book, fashion and food blog.
If you didn't here it is "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man"

So, about my ideal man, I bet you all are wondering if I found him, aha. I thought I did. Turns out it wasn't him. I know most of you are thinking "you will never know if he's the one until the right time comes" or something like that. Yes, I approve of your judgement and beliefs, but I have my beliefs as well, which is making a list of the features of my ideal guy and using the power of thought and action to bring him to me. I know that maybe the end result will not be exactly according to my list but at least it is what I hoped for.

About the book, "Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man". It's a great book. I am extremely happy that a man has finally written a book like this. It just filled with information about men and relationships, I encourage all the ladies reading this to read it.
I am going to use this information as my basis, and soon, perhaps in a few months time, my time will come when I will finally have a date to a party or be on a date for once in my life at least!

My Ideal Job
I think I've said this in my older posts. "I will always go back to cooking".  Which is completely true. I cannot believe it. It just happened one day, during my break between my classes, I decided to google "La Cordon Bleu" and decided to visit their site. I found that they have branches all over the world, obviously not close to my country. This help me decide that I wanted to take masters in culinary arts, or at least a vocational course. This helped me decide my future. But the probability of me actually attending La Cordon Bleu is 4.5:10. When I spoke to my mum about it, and what branch I would like to go to (which was either Australia or Paris) what she was focusing on was the accent I was going to have when I come back. Then of course she asked if it was really culinary what I wanted to do in my future. When she asked me that question, I hesitated, and said "I guess, I think so" I was still unsure.
Even if I am unsure about my future, I have a plan, I have choices, I've made a list of what to do after I'm done with university.

~

I am going to be finishing university in precisely 6 months time. I know it will go by fast as a bullet train but I think I want to make the best of it. It'll be my last years of actually being a kid and being immature and all that.

~

I guess that's it. My 3 main things I want in life. Body, Man, Job
For now, that's it my fellow readers.
Until next time.

Imperfection

Good day my lovely readers.
I give my apologies for not blogging since new years. I've been trying to figure out what exactly to write about for the past 3 months, and now I know.

"IMPERFECTION"

I myself have a slight obsessive compulsive disorder, but not with things around me, but with myself. Everything that comes to me have to be perfect. My body, my man, my career choice. They have to be perfect. Everything has to fit perfectly into my life.

Most people say "Nobody is perfect". Whenever they say that to me, the first thing that pops in my head is, "pfft...anyone can be perfect" What I mean by that is anyone can be perfect in their own ways. Its like how you have your tea, some prefer it with more sugar, and its perfect, some prefer it with more milk, and its perfect.

Ever since I found that I could get things with the Law of Attraction, I realize that I could get PERFECTION. As most of you know that I've been on my weight loss journey since 2010, and since then I've made multiple deadlines throughout the years in which I would be come my ideal weight and have my ideal body. When I would reach my deadline, my weight would either still be the same, lessen or increase. I didn't have my ideal body nor was I my ideal weight.

This year 2012, I've made another deadline, March 14th 2012. In Japan is White Day. White Day is when a boy returns his love to the girl he likes by giving them chocolates, this event only happens in Japan. Its such a sweet event.
The reason why I chose this date is, well, I don't really know. I just chose it, thinking that it would mean something special to me.

As the day passed, I checked my weight, I hoped that I would at least loose a few kg's but instead I gained 2kg's. How depressing. I went like "Wtf am I doing wrong?"(excuse my language). I took a few minutes to stop and think of my actions so far, I said to myself "what is it? I must be doing something wrong. Think all over again"
So I thought all over again, from the very beginning. I asked myself "What would I do in my ideal weight? How would I be like? How will my life be? How will I act?"

Last year, I had written on my ideal body vision board "To have an easy time finding the right size of clothes for me", "To go shopping", "To say thank you everyday", "to feel confident and comfy wherever I go"

I noticed that when I reread what I had written last year, To the universe, I already am my ideal weight and already have my ideal body. Now I realized that I am not doing anything wrong. I'm doing what I had written a year ago. What I wanted to be, and I am where I wanted to be a year ago.
I've changed the way I see myself in my ideal body. My sense of style has changed, my sense of thought has changed. The way I see perfection in my life has changed. I've grown.

When things like this happens in life, things that don't work out, things that disappoints you. Stop. Relax. Think of what you initially wanted. How it all fits in.

Here is a tip: When you want something, write it down. If you don't want anyone to see it, write it down in a notebook or a small paper, and keep it hidden, and hopefully you'll remember where you kept it. Reread what you had written a month later, and see how you feel about it.

Organizers Experience

My Experiments on searching for my Ideal Career.
Lets start from the very beginning of when I started with this Job.

It came to me through a friend. I told my sister about me wanting to try and be an organizer. So it happens to be that her boyfriend got a job offer to organize an event. I asked if I could intern under him. He agreed and I am so grateful for it.
We organized an event; a talent show to be specific, that lasted for 3 months, that only requires me to go only on the weekends. Giving up my weekends wasn't that hard. I enjoy my time outside home.
During the first week, I felt regret and fear. I took it as a fear of getting out of my comfort zone. I told myself, "you wanted this. you got it. Don't let it down. Just let it pass. Do your best." so I decided to put my feelings fear and regret aside and do my very best. So I did.

At times, I would feel awkward, not knowing what to do. So I just observed what others are doing. They are all running around, rushing and panicking at times. All I was thinking is "What would I do, to get this event going as smooth as possible?" so I began thinking. "Things should be done before hand. Everything should be all ready to go. Everyone should be aware."

I met new people. Whose company I enjoyed very much. At first I was quiet, as I usually am, but as I promised, I would be social. So I did. I tried my best to, and I am so proud of myself for doing so.

As time passed, I thought the life of working as an organizer very exciting, and it requires you to be social and be extremely friendly and patient with everyone. When I said I wanted to work ON the field, this really counts as working ON the field.

There will be times when you will love doing the job and times when you will hate it because the people sometimes complain about things not going their way. Doing this helped me understand more about how people act. I noticed that I am more of an observer. I write down little notes in my head about what to do and what not to do. Its like a list of life or something.

In Conclusion, I really enjoyed being an Organizer, it helped me show another side of myself, another more exciting part of me. If there was another opportunity in which I would be organizing something, I would take it. As for it being my Ideal Job, maybe. I still don't know, but what I do know is that, as time passes, everything will all be clear to me.

I plan to major in Management at University, and probably take my masters in that as well. My mother wants to send me to a culinary school in the Philippines for 6 months. I absolutely don't mind taking a culinary class for 6 months. During my time working as an organizer, I've grown to miss cooking. I cook from time to time, making simple dishes.
If I had a chance to actually go to the Philippines to take a vocational course on culinary for 6 months. I would. But I would like to take my Masters in Management first.

"Love what you're doing every second of every minute of every hour of every day of every month of every year." ~ Naddyquotes

Finding the one

In the beginning of the year, I made a list of aspects I want my ideal guy I be. Some how unique aspects that will make me wonder if it's really him or not.
- tall
- handsome but cute in his own way
- straight hair
- talented
- athletic
- great body
- wants to see the world
- fav color: yellow
- knows the law of attraction
- has a great way of thinking
- westernized
Recently, I met someone that some how fit 5 of these aspects.
For a week I've been wondering if maybe he was the one but I know I should find out more about him.
I see him every week for work. And every week I find his company entertaining and comfy but due to me working, we weren't able to speak much.
What I am going to do is find out what I can and make sure he likes me.
I am still unsure. But I feel that maybe this can change some part of my life.
If you know, or some how feel that something can change your life, act on it.
Love all. <3

The Best in Me and You

For the past week, I've been kind of indecisive about what type of career I want to pursue in the future. I was thinking that if I knew what to do in the future, I could start now since I'm young and since I only have a year and a few more months of University left. I also decided that it would be a wise thing to do since I'm at a young age.

We usually do things that we are best at. Why not be experimental, and try to do thing that we're not best at and be the best in that. That's one formula to be the best in everything. Some may say that being the best in everything can seem very tiring and exhausting after a few weeks or months. All you need is motivation and a dash of inspiration. By doing all these, and trying to be the best you can at mostly everything you want to do ( and don't forget to have fun while doing it ) it will also build you a bright future.

A few years back, I heard a story about a man, who worked in many places, and learned many things. He learned these things from the people he worked for. I cant recall it clearly but in the end, he found the perfect job that applies to everything that he has learned, and became very successful.
I cant remember the details of the story but I feel that I can do something similar, you can do something similar. Be open to multiple opportunities.
Here is a quote from my Dad.
"Try everything once, If you don't like it don't do it again"
I would take these words with me everywhere when ever an opportunity to do something new arises. Fore it will give me motivation to do it and try it out.

For those who are unclear about what to pursue in the future, don't worry, it will come. Just try to be the best in want you enjoy doing and expand a little after that. Take it step by step.

My motivation is my dad's quote and the motivation I give to myself and to others. I give it to myself because by doing this, people will give motivation back to me (Love yourself and others with love you). My inspiration would be my future ahead of my future ( My married life with my ideal man, and our kids and grand kids, and great grand kids, knowing that I lived a successful life )
Make your own motivation and inspiration, if you can't then find one, because it is looking for you.

In conclusion, anyone can be the best in anything and everything. Get your motivation and inspiration to give you a boost. Futures are bright because we make them bright by shining our great success at it.

Have a great day. Be and Do your best.
Love to all! <3

Believe and feel it.

Today 2 of my friends told me that they lost a few kg's. One of them said they lost 1kg, since she was on a diet, and was paying for it. The other said she lost 4kg in one week, and again diet and exercise. I congratulated both of them.
I thought of a woman who wrote that she lost 3kg in one night. And said to myself. 'i can lose that much in one night too'
I felt slightly jealous of both of them. Since they lost it in a small amount of time. I lost only 4-5kg in a year. And I am grateful for it.
I am going to keep on going because this year and many years to come is going to be my years. The years I'm going to fulfill my deepest goals.
Knowing that they lost that much in a small amount of time, made me feel like all my believing in the law of attraction seemed for nothing. No! It's not. We just have to make it specific.
Be able to see yourself in that body. Be able to see yourself getting on that scale and seeing that you are weight you've always wanted to be.
Have Confidence. Believe. And keep on Going! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

do something you love

I've been saying this constantly

do something you love to do.
but that thing must have something to do with what you want

dancing, playing tennis, volleyball, football, soccer.
have fun

walk around with friends.
sing along to songs and start jumping and dancing around
dance up the stairs while listening to music

have fun doing them

Realization

Realizing who your really are is important
realizing the fact that your over weight I'm sure makes you feel REALLY BAD about yourself, you feel like you want to kill yourself because of how you look and how heavy you are compared to other people.
but
you should also realize that you can also lose weight and become slim and sexy.
once you realize those things you start conjuring up these ideas in your head that YOU know that when you do them, you'll loose a ton of weight.
You thought about it.
You add it into your schedule
but will you really do them

do something really fun.
even before you act on them
you already feel excited and you can't wait.

for me.
i realized that i can loose weight easily.
and you can to...

while i was practicing for a show last year,
my partner said to me "Nada, you're loosing weight REALLY fast"
when he said that to me i felt grateful, and it gave me even more motivation.
i was happy.

then i suddenly stopped and started hanging out with people that really pisses me off
mostly people who made me feel really bad about myself. and they bring out a really bad aura.

i lost motivation
but then got it back after i watched the secret AGAIN.

you see, having motivation then loosing it then getting it back
it not a good thing
trust me
the universe will get confused in what you really want.
you must have full motivation in yourself
and don't mind what other people think
its not what day think its what you think.
and never compare yourself to anyone.

have motivation
know that you have it
know that you can loose weight easily
i know that you can.
and once you reach your goal, you'll stay there

No Progress at all but...

I changed my weight this morning.
and still the same as its always been since last month; the beginning of the year.

I still haven't come across any opportunities that i feel happy doing.

But I will not give up.
I know I'm really close to something.
I still believe.
I might be depressed for a little while but its just a phase.
it will pass...

those of you, whom when ever check their weight and saw something you didn't want to see, then feel so depressed or sad afterwords, I'm telling you, its not good to feel this way. You don't want to feel this way, why? because your attracting more of it to you.
you all must hope, that you will reach your goal.

even though nothing interesting came up until now, it will come.
you need to weight.

just remember that the universe if creating your future for you, and you are helping it by putting your interests, your likes, whatever makes you happy, into your future.
if you feel depressed, hatred, or any of those bad feelings you'll be attracting those feelings to your future.

feel good and happy all the time and you'll have a bright happy future.

thank you!

Went shopping

I went shopping with my sister and her boyfriend yesterday, because I really needed new clothes.

When we arrived at the mall, I started to feel nervous, because I didn't really know what to buy. I didn't know what kind of clothes I wanted. But for some reason I was hyper.

We went in the first store, I couldn't find anything, my mind felt scrambled. we went in the second store, i still couldn't find anything, then i went into the stationary section, of the store, since the store was HUGE. As i was walking through the book and notebooks, and other stationary equipment, I had a thought, 'The Secret to Teens' book was out and my cousin already got it, I walked out of the store in a hurry to the Virgin book store, and started to search for it. As soon as i found it i went straight to the counter, paid and started reading.
My thought was that the book was out and that I could help me with what i wanted.
I read a few pages, and I re-inspired.

We went to a few stores and I found a shirt, I looked for a size medium. I went and paid. I didn't even bother trying it on.
Then went in another store, looking for a coat for some reason, and some boots, I went in. I found the jacket for 8bd and the BOOTS FOR 4.600BD!
I was fussing in which one to get. I found one, but it wasn't my perfect size, it was bigger.
but i bought it anyways, since i've wanted those kind of shoes for ages now, and now I found them for a low price and good quality.

I got what i wanted.
because i had hope.

Every two week weight check

My cousin told me not to obsessed about getting on the scale.

When she told me that, I realized that I am kind of obsessed about getting on the scale every week.
I would always think of getting on the scale every week and loosing weight.

Some people check their weight every month or 2 weeks.

I realized that checking it every week, makes me conscious of how much I weigh, which is how I feel most of the time. I check it constantly just to see if I've lost weight.
I've decided to check it every 2 weeks from now on.

On the process of weight loss in using the Law of attraction, you will see a lot of changes in you emotions, your body, and your everyday life. Some times you have this instinct of eating random fruits everyday or drinking a lot of water, or maybe even doing a bit of sports now and then. Once you have those thoughts, you act on them and make them into reality, putting those activities in your daily schedule.

Once things have changed you'll look back and say, thank you! I know believe.

Recovering my negative thoughts

today i got my exam results. Well actually this past week, we got them. Some I was proud of and some I wasn't.
One of the most easiest subjects, I was the lowest among the group. I felt so depressed, all the negative thoughts and feelings came to me, because I knew I was the lowest, and I didn't want to.
My way of tuning my negative thoughts into positive ones is to fine the opposite of it.
like for example, "I have the lowest grade in the group" turn it into positive "I can have the highest grade in the group in all subjects"
I write down my thoughts, in when ever I feel so sad, and depressed, my sentence always begin with "Its ok its ok its ok" because it is, its not the end of the world and you're not going to die tomorrow, so there is no need to worry. This is today's feeling, tomorrow's feeling will be different.
If you don't like the feeling of negativity, the feeling of disappointment, the feelings of sadness and anger, change it. Change it into a positive one.

Points:
-> Think of the opposite of your negative thoughts.
-> Write them down, write all the things down that make you feel good.
-> write down, what things you can do to turn that negative feeling/thought turn into good and positive one.
-> feel grateful, and try your best

Love youself~

You must love yourself to get your body

that's what i learned.

I've always been abusing my body saying "GOD! my thighs are too big! why can't you be smaller so I can cross by legs?" or "STUPID boobs, you're in the way of my pretty dress"
when ever i would say those things i got hurt, i got so angry that i wanted to break down and cry.
but then when i say those things, i am attracting more of those things than letting them go.

Watch the things you say to yourself or when your expressing yourself to others; you have a conversation with you friend, you're talking about funny random things about this person, then you say "I could squish him!" or "I think i would be in his way" if you didn't realize it, you are abusing your body.
I am still currently trying to get use to saying "of course we both can fit, no problem"
I'm so use to saying fat words and sentences because I have been over weight for most of my life and I'm only 15.

You must love yourself to get your perfect body
say things like
" im so happy i have you body"
" weeee, i look to pretty in this outfit"
start to compliment your own body
and not only will PEOPLE start to compliment it as well, you will start to feel good about yourself and start to have motivation to start eating healthy and exercising.

What Others Think

People would always tell me for years now,
"Nada loose weight" "Nada your too fat to fit in this dress, get a bigger one" "Nada how can you loose weight when your just sitting there" "we bought you a tredmil for nothing"
most of these things were said by the people who are close to me.

There are times when I feel as if some of the people who are close to me, don't want to be close with me, I feel as if their embarrassed to be seen around with me. I use to feel so closed about myself because I was bigger than everyone. But that was before. Now I feel more confident about myself.
When people say "Nada your too big!"
I know I'll be hurt, but then I would say to myself 'Who cares what you think!' then I would smile happily at the person and say "Thank you!" then walk away with shinning blue aura around me.

It doesn't matter what others think,
even if they say:
"You can't loose 10kg in just a few weeks" or
"You can't just learn a language in 2 days"
it doesn't matter what day think, It matters what you think, it matters on what you believe, If you believe that you can loose 10kg in just a few weeks, than you can.
Ask
Believe
Receive

we can do anything we want if you believe, and act.
Don't listen if people say negative things about you.
Let them be.
Listen to yourself and what you believe, and you will receive

What I've been doing lately

If you're all wondering what I've been doing lately,

well i finished my prelims on Thursday so I'm totally free, until midterms.
during the week of my prelims, I've studied but when I was done, I've done nothing but feel grateful, believe, feel the feelings of already being my perfect weight, I saw myself getting on that scale, looking down and saw that the red arrow was right on the 50, I felt excited, I felt so happy.

But then, before I would check, I would think about how much I actually weigh, I felt scared and I thought i would regret checking it, I would feel bad to see how much i still weighed. Whenever I would see that my current weight hasn't changed, I felt so bad, I felt depressed, but I tried my best to cheer myself up again, and so I did, by thinking of my perfect weight, thinking of me living in my perfect body, I thought of getting lifted by almost everyone I knew, I thought of them saying "WaW, Nada your so light", as i was thinking of those thoughts I would feel grateful, I would feel excited, I felt so happy.

No matter what I do, I will never give up.

right after my exams, we went over my sisters apartment, but I didn't really want to go, since I was tired and wanted to go home, but then I thought, 'maybe this is the universe telling me to go', every time we would go over my sisters apartment, she would always make us clean, and move stuff around for her, since her house isn't completely organized. I knew that she would make us move things around, so I took the offer as the universe offered it to me.
I decided to take any offer in which I know that will help me take a step forward to what I want.

We did move things around, we cleaned up a little and it became more organized, I felt happy that what I did was for a good cause, I did feel tired but then happy and proud of myself.

The next day I've decided to dance again. I've grown interest of Hula dancing, I tried it and realized that it was pretty hard, but I had fun, even if I'm alone in my room, I would laugh at myself because I couldn't get the right step. I might be crazy laughing at myself but I felt good, happy, joyful. I was smiling. After my attempt of Hula dancing, I decided to relearn what I learned before. Kat tun dance moves. I re-watched their videos, and relearned everything, but they weren't perfect, but I had fun. I did it over and over again, because I couldn't get some parts right. It was joyful even though I was alone. After all that, I wasn't really tired, I wanted to do more, so I just put on Kat tun's new song D-motion, and started to dance to it. I watched their performance at Music Station Japan, and decided to copy a few steps, then feel proud of myself when I got them.

I got hungry, but saw that there was nothing in the fridge, so I called out to my mom. "MOM IM HUNGRY!" in a hyper playful tone. "Go eat apples, its good for you" she replied. I thought 'Apples sound nice', when I thought of apples i felt a warm breeze inside me. When I got 2 apples out of the fridge and started cutting them, I felt good and healthy, even if i didn't put them in my mouth yet, but when I did, I felt even better. I felt so healthy that I wanted to eat more. I forgot that apples taste so good, and made me feel healthy. But i couldn't finish it for some reason.

I do things that make me happy and feel good about myself, like dancing and moving around for a good cause, doing things that you know are for a good cause, and knowing that you want to do them.
I eat things that make me feel good and healthy.
I realized that eating fruits makes me feel healthy and warm inside, they make me feel good about myself, unlike when I eat mc donald's or other greasy foods make me feel oily and weird inside, even though they taste really good, they don't make me feel as good on the inside. I still eat these foods but I only focus on the taste.
You can eat what ever you want, Food is your friend.
Do things you want to do, and that make you feel good. Know that what your doing is going to take you a step forward to your goal.
